Lofts have been one of our favourite areas for quite some time, however this is gradually being taken over by construction of basements. This is due, at least in part, to the current economic and housing market situations, and loft conversions are gradually reaching saturation point. We cut our teeth on loft conversion and construction, carrying out our first back in 1997. Whether the loft is constructed from timber or based on RSJ,s (reinforced steel joists) we have the experience of many projects. Dormers, gable and barn ends, we have designed and built each and every type. The great thing about loft conversions is that each one is so individual and a joy to build.
